Manual Movement Therapy

It is my mission to help you get out of pain and injury and help you live a functionally sound life. The human body craves and needs movement to survive and when we develop pain as a symptom, the body is asking for change.

I specialize in discovering the source of pain and finding the root of the problem, versus just treating the symptom. By repatterning the motor control center within your brain we can change compensatory movement patterns and recreate functional movement within your body.

My current practice focuses on motor control theory, fascial and tissue work and joint mobilizations followed by movement. We need to move to improve. The client is empowered by movement and creating new movement patterns.

Once the pattern is identified, you will be given corrective exercises to re-pattern the nervous system and , thus allowing the body to let go of its previous holding pattern.
